SIZING:
Measure your wrist just below your wrist bone with a tape measure (or a piece of string or paper measured against a ruler). Add 0.5 inches for a snug but comfortable fit. Add 1 inch for a looser fit with more movement.

To get the best out of your crystal healing bracelet, please roll it up and over your hand, do not pull it or stretch it over your wrist as over time this can weaken the elastic. Please remove before using water such as bathing, showering, and washing up for example, as this also weakens the elastic.

Custom Made 8mm Crystal and Gemstone Bracelet
Crystals come in different shapes and sizes, and some are small enough to be considered a choking hazard and therefore unsuitable for children under 3.
